Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We understand not everything is the right fit. That’s why we gladly offer free returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed bras with the tags still attached within 30 days of the original order date. All underwear are final sale so we recommend taking your time on sizing and reaching out if you need any help figuring out what size to order. All sale items are final sale. 

Q: Great! How do I start a return or exchange?
A: Simply click the button above and let us know what item(s) you want to return or exchange. We’ll email you a pre-paid USPS shipping label. Pack your item(s) with the original packaging and pop ‘em in the mail. Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of your original order date. 

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we’ll process your return. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing on our end and an extra 5 to 10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We’ll send you an email to confirm when we receive and begin processing your return. 

Q: When will I receive my exchange order?
A: Once we receive your return item(s), we’ll prepare your exchange order. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing on our end and an additional 5 to 10 for shipping your exchange order. We’ll send you an email to confirm when we receive your return and when we ship your exchange order. 

If you exchange for a different style that costs more or less, we’ll charge or refund the difference to your original form of payment.
